My name is Dr. Herman Pugh, Jr., and I proudly serve as the Assistant Principal of Instruction at Beachy Avenue Elementary School. Our primary goal is to ensure that all students are placed in the least restrictive environment, where they are provided equitable access to high-quality instruction and meaningful learning experiences.

As Assistant Principal of Instruction, I am committed to strengthening classroom instruction, supporting teacher development, and promoting data-driven practices that enhance student achievement. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

It is imperative that we work collaboratively as a unified team—educators, families, and staff—to support the success of every student. Through shared leadership, high expectations, and a commitment to excellence, we will continue to prepare our students for future academic advancement and lifelong success.
